I have owned this computer since new, it was a build to order machine. A couple of the unique attributes of this specific iMac model is the “Display in” function – You can use this computer as an external monitor for another machine (2560 by 1440 pixels) or have a second monitor connected to the iMac to expand the workspace. Additionally this imac has dual internal drive capability, The original 1TB drive failed and I replaced with a fast 256GB SSD as well as new 1TB mechanical storage. I upgraded RAM at the same time to its maximum of 16GB. Other highlights include Firewire 800 Port, (4) USB 2.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, Wifi, Bluetooth 2.1, SDXC card slot and Apple SuperDrive (optical disc).
